Before we go...

Right - I've tried to start a blog a couple of times before, have got as far as giving it a name and that's about it! So this time I am really going to do it, and do it properly!

It's now only 9 sleeps til we jet off to The States on our holiday of a lifetime.
We've done all the preparation it's possible to do (I think...I hope); we've got a daily itinerary so we don't end up with the "what shall we do, where shall we go today?" scenario in the morning (wasting precious ride time); we've bought more shorts, t shirts and other holiday wardrobe items than can possibly fit into a suitcase; and have piled up the spare bedroom with essential gadgets and accessories. All that's left to do now is wait...
